Shipping policy

We Don't Dropship

All orders are filled at, and shipped from, our warehouse in Cairns, Queensland.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped next business day with Australia Post from our warehouse in Cairns for fast delivery Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Delivery within Australia on orders over $59.00.

For orders under $59.00, a postage calculator is available on the cart page so that you can accurately see your postage cost before starting the checkout process.

Two delivery methods are available for orders with Australian delivery addresses:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days by Australia Post Parcel Post however that can be up to 12 business days for WA, NT and Tasmania.
  • Courier Delivery: 2-4 business days by Australia Post Express Post.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

International Shipping

Due to the ever increasing costs and paperwork requirements of import tariffs, low-value import charges, and cross-border fees we've made the difficult decision to no longer offer international shipping. 

Incorrect Delivery Address

We are charged $10.00 by Australia Post for any parcels returned to us as "Return To Sender" due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Please ensure that the delivery address that you provide to us is correct as we will require you to pay the $10.00 fee that we have been charged by Australia Post, plus the cost of re-shipping your order to you, before your returned parcel is re-shipped to you.
