Payments & Shipping

Paying For Your Order

Payments can be made securely by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal or Afterpay (min $40.00 excluding postage). POLI is also available for payment by bank depost.

We Don't Dropship

We hold all of our own stock at our warehouse in Cairns, Queensland, and all orders are filled at, and shipped from, there.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped next business day with Australia Post from our warehouse in Cairns for fast delivery Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Delivery within Australia on orders over $59.00.

For orders under $59.00, a postage calculator is available on the cart page so that you can accurately see your postage cost before starting the checkout process.

Two delivery methods are available for orders with Australian delivery addresses:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days by Australia Post Parcel Post however that can be up to 14 business days for WA, NT and Tasmania.
  • Courier Delivery: 2-5 business days by Australia Post Express Post.
  • These delivery time frames can vary due to factors beyond our control so please refer to Australia Post's Service Updates page for current estimated delivery times.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

International Shipping

Due to the ever increasing costs and paperwork requirements of import tariffs, low-value import charges, and cross-border fees we've made the difficult decision to no longer offer international shipping. 

While we can no longer send orders to international addresses directly, if you've been regularly purchasing from stores in Australia you could consider opening an account with a parcel forwarding service like Queensland-based company SOS Mail.

Incorrect Delivery Address

We are charged a $10.00 fee by Australia Post for any domestic orders returned to us as "Return To Sender" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or that are held at your local post office for collection but are not picked up within 10 business days.

Please ensure that the delivery address that you provide to us is correct as we will require you to pay the Return To Sender fee that we have been charged by Australia Post, plus the cost of re-shipping your order to you, before your returned parcel is re-shipped to you. This also applies to fees that we incur for orders that are not picked up from your local post office and are then subsequently returned to us.
